Body Combat

When I was 7 years old, my mom enrolled me in Karate School. I practiced Karate – shotokan style 10 years, until age of 17. First couple of years I did not enjoy much my Karate Classes. But then I got competitive spirit, my self -discipline changed for better and I was looking forward to every training and competition. At age of 17, I stopped Karate and began my Fitness and Body Building sport career. That is what I do ever since. Years and years past by and I did not go back to Karate. Less than a month ago I decided to try Body Combat Class at my Gym and this is where I get to do some Karate moves again.

 BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each 55-minute BODYCOMBAT™ class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

To be honest, I am not big fun of cardio and aerobic and I never did much of it. If I needed to tone up for my competitions and photo shootings, I would change my eating habits and diet and increase the intensity of my weight training.

I am glad that I tried the Body Combat Class and found new passion and excitement in doing it. What an Empowering Training!!!I love it, love it, and love it!!!
